Laying the Groundwork: Mapping and implementing accountability tactics for transforming the built environment in Europe
26th September 2024
The Autonomy Institute, supported by Laudes Foundation, conducted a programme of research into the effectiveness of accountability tactics in other sectors, and their applicability to the built environment.
The output of this research, a report containing a framework of accountability, describes how tactics which have been used to address climate change and social inequality in other industries can be applied to the real estate sector. It maps the actors, mechanisms and activities that make up the accountability network and uncovers their role and relevance in the built environment.
